About

Hello, I'm telling you an unthinkable but real story. I purchased before a notary in Olot on February 14, 2012, a bar restaurant with the license and all its contents plus the apartments above, in Rosas Spain. After purchasing it, the previous owner entered the bar restaurant several times and stole everything inside. Each time I filed a complaint with the police, but the former owner presented the police and the court with a false acknowledgment of debt, with a wrong name, saying that the business and the furniture were his and that I had to give him a sum of 340,000 euros to become the owner. This acknowledgment of debt does not bear my signature and the only person who has the power of attorney to take care of my affairs does not have the authority to sign this document in my place and maintains that he did not sign this document. While the former owner signed exactly the opposite in front of the notary (free of any occupant) this means that he made a forgery in public writing. All the lawyers and notaries I have seen say that I am within my rights. And yet the court takes into account his acknowledgment of debt and not the notarial deed and prohibits me from entering my property. My lawyer tells me all the time to wait for the outcome of the court. And for more than 15 months I have not been able to enter my home or operate my restaurant bar. Thank you for your response, can you give me some advice? Rock
