MEP projects manager with advanced expertise in electromechanical building services and infrastructure networks for high rise buildings, airports, five stars? hotels, touristic resorts and Malls Equipped with 21 years of experience with a globally classified companies (GUNAL, TAV, ODEBRECHT, CARILLION and CCC). Also in local companies (Mountain view, Tower Group and EL Hazek). I am Complemented by extensive OVERSEAS and national technical skills. I am driving projects from the early design stages till testing and commissioning. This is by leading the technical office for producing the MEP builder work drawings, MEP shop drawings, MEP material submittals, material quantities for each trade, the studies of MEP self-performance team?s costs, MEP subcontractors scope of work THEN, arranging the methodology of doing MEP works, helping in recurrent of engineers /supervisors and technicians and -in coordination with civil/finishing- lead the project forward based on time planed schedules and approved budgets. In the other hand I am enhancing all the MEP team to work in an integrated team even they are from different nationalities and cultures.
