My name is Natalia, I am 24 years old and I come from Spain. I have a five years degree in Psychology in the University of Madrid and I did an Erasmus in Lisbon. When I finished my career I didn't know really well what I wanted to do in my life but I have always ben interested in travelling and adventures and I think that some thinks in this life we can only learn them if we go to another countries. For this reason I went to India to do a 3 weeks workcamp with Children and I spend another 5 more weeks travelling. These experiences changed my life and motivated me to later apply for a European Voluntary Service in the Netherlands. Since September 2012 I am in Don Bosco Rijwijk, doing a one year voluntary program supported by the European commission: "Youth in Action". I am in a multicultural organization working, experiencing and learning surrounded by children and people from all over the world. In Don Bosco we organize every day leisure activities for children and youngster from the neighborhood. Some of them are immigrants and come from all kind of backgrounds. I would love to dedicate my life helping the other because I think this is the only way we can learn and get better every day. When I finish in September 2013 I would like to stay in The Netherlands, living here is such a great experience that I feel that my time here in not over, after all, I can not leave this life until I have I live a worth-writing-a-book life. I am learning Netherlands language as much as I can and I am hard worked and motivated. Maybe I do not have a lot of years of experience but I try to compensate it with my motivation and enthusiasm. If you still want to know about me I would tell you that I love reading books, almost any kind of books, I have read so many books that I can't remerber, Shantaram and The catcher in the rye, 1984 and The fight club are some of my favourites.. I like music and dancing, in fact, I have been dancing since I was four years old and my mother singed me up for my first lesson. I enjoy hiking and the nature, and one of the best places I ever seen in my life was Yellowstone Park (Wyoming USA) and Torres del Paine Natural Park(Chile). One of the most amazing things I have ever done was when I saw a black bear walking down the street at night when I was in Aspen. I also remember when I took my first long train in India, I was in second class (the lowest class) with all the Indian people and families.IT felt so weird... Kind Regards,
