Coming from France, I left the country in 2006 for the Caribbean. I returned to the country in 2009, after having visited a number of islands. I fell under the spell of Dominica, and I am thinking about preparing for my permanent expatriation there. My partner has always worked in the Caribbean Zone, and knows Dominica quite well.
