Hi! I recently moved to Lyon (in May 2013), and I have decided that I am going to broaden my horizons in trying to meet new people here =}. A little bit about myself. I was born and raised in Manchester, and despite its flaws I love it to bits. I also lived in Nottingham for 4 years, so if anybody wants info about those places I am happy to oblige. I finished my PhD (in chemistry) last year, and I am in Lyon doing a post-doc at UCBL. I also spent the end of last year doing a post-doc in Paris. I am a friendly guy, told I am dead easy to get along with and chat to. I am currently in love with the mountains, I have never seen them before until I visited the Alps. I like music, especially live music. I guess other important likes would come out in conversation, why ruin the surprise!
