Hi I'm from Scotland but at the moment staying at Lago trasimeno.I'm really hoping to get some advise from the forum about a few issues I've stumbled upon. I stay one or two months a year here but wanted to buy a car and drive it back over to Scotland but it seems you need to be a resident. So many conflicting answers so perhaps someone could put me on the right track.
