I would definitely put Isabella as a first choice. Wonderful beaches, not too remote and property pretty reasonable. You could also look at Dorado. I personally would not recommend Carolina and Vieques is certainly remote, although beautiful. ... Read More

I could second everything gary said. We moved here in July of last year and you just can't function without a car, here in Dorado there are cycling groups, but it's more recreational than for transport. Read More
