I am a qualified Civil Engineer engaged in buildings construction projects credited with 9 years of continual experience in the industry. Over the years I have acquired relevant expertise design and estimation management, cost budgeting, contract management, project engineering, and project management and control with targeted focus on quality, safety, risk control, cost control and timely delivery. Currently I am working with M/s. S & P foundations Pvt. Ltd. as Assistant Project manager. I am handling construction projects of integrated township and other major residential/villas under company%u2019s brand. My responsibilities cover managing drawing and design inputs, preparing project schedules, coordination with all the stakeholders, execution management, progress evaluation and reporting, quality and cost compliance, financial reporting and cash flow, team management and performance review.
