I am a French breeder and I have a female puppy who left for Dakar without my knowledge and I wanted to know what the formalities are knowing that the puppy is 8 weeks old at the time of departure having been born on 04-26-2013 and she left the last week of June 1 - do you have the right to take the puppy out of France? 2 - what are the formalities so that I know next time thank you for your response
