I was born in Bourges in France in Cher (18), went to Paris to work at 17 and am still in Paris today. I have been head chef at the CROUS in Paris, a university restaurant since 2001 and I worked in a private restaurant from 1987 to 2001 in various restaurants, hotels and brasseries in Paris. I'm looking to leave Paris to find work in Morocco for a change of scenery and also thanks to meeting someone who made me want to go there. I have lived alone since the death of my partner in 2010, and no longer have anything to do in Paris, apart from my work. I hope that this site will allow me to meet people and perhaps allow me to go to other horizons.
