I moved to Switzerland (Lausanne) in 2011, without knowing a single person in the country. To be frank, acclimatization was quite difficult: coming from Paris, I found it even more difficult to build a new network of friends: all are expatriates (often non-French speaking), none are Swiss, to my great regret :-( Despite everything, the quality of life is undeniable and I have forgotten all notion of stress!
