I am Laurent VIALETTE, retired, I live in France in Languedoc-Roussillon, a small village of Issel on the southern slopes of the Black Mountain. I spent most of my career as a telecom consultant in Africa (Gabon, Cameroon, Equatorial Guinea) Mauritius, West Indies, Sri Lanka, Ecuador.
