Good evening, I am of Italian origin, I have lived in Belgium since 1955 and I am a pensioner (slightly disabled, polio) and would like to come to los cristianos in winter (2,3 or 4 months,) and rent a small 1 bedroom apartment fully furnished and with internet. I have just booked for January and February (via a friend, 1300 euros 2 months) and I would like to find cheaper locally for the winter 2014-2015 but I have apprehension (with my boyfriend for sure). Can you please give me a rental agency with a storefront (SUR) because I would already give a deposit (if it is recommended) for 2015; or with a private individual, which I think is more risky?
