Young French retiree (55 years old), I plan to settle in South Asia, probably in Thailand. I am looking for friendly, rather French-speaking contacts locally. It is not excluded that over time I will invest in a small apartment or even in a small business on site. Knowing well that we don't get rich in Thailand, that's not my goal. I just want to keep busy and supplement my retirement a little. I think that good integration also involves learning customs, traditions and language.
