I am an entrepreneur running a foreign language agency, closely working with Japanese & Korean expats. So our development is depending on their visits and their trouble free stay in Chennai(India).

Hi, My opinion is you must escalate the issue to police through your embassy. Surely Chennai police will help you and put a full stop if you approach them thru proper channel.So contact them and let them book the culprits. Rgds, Karan Read More
