I live in a small rural town called Pownal in Maine with my wife and daughter. We just completed building our dream house very near the beach in the Tola region of Nicaragua in a resort called Hacienda Iguana.

Building a home by wordo
Had a few ups and downs with the property, you do need to be careful. The best move I made was to stay away from the U.S "real state," speculators. If you can, I suggest to deal locally with the owner of the property. I saved thousands of dollars ...
