I am Fabien, I am 27 years old, I am French, I want to live in Quebec, where my brother has lived for 4 years and where my fianc茅 comes from. We are going to be parents, my partner wants to give birth in Canada. jy and lived 3 months and waiting for my pvt which was refused in 2012, I am missing a document. It was a wonderful trip. we want to live in Quebec I hope that the 2013 transfer of the pvt will accept me, I am here for savoie if (unfortunately I am refused again) there was another possibility than the pvt to live and work in Quebec.
