Last year, I married a South African after a three-year long distance relationship and moved to the UK. We now live in a second floor flat in east London. I write digital fashion + lifestyle content as well as blog for Second Floor Flat. Before I moved to London, I was living in New York in fashion magazines and had a jewelry line. The first city I left home for. Worked in multiple fashion magazines and in the fashion digital world, as well as designing jewelry. Lived in West Village Greenpoint, Brooklyn.

To me, New York will always be the greatest city in the world (though at this point, Paris is sneaking up close behind).
You can start to feel suffocated a while and live in a bubble. The world is much larger than I thought it was when I lived in New York.
