Hello, I am a French expatriate in Switzerland and I would possibly like to settle in Moscow in a short time (months/years). Being a creative cabinetmaker, graduated from the Boulle School, I would like to know the Russian artistic environment.
Unfortunately, I only speak English and French at the moment. Do you think this is a barrier?
