About

I am from Var, chef of catering in a luxury retirement residence in the St Baume massif. I also have a second job as a business manager in engineering and the technical study of buildings. In fact, at one point in my life, I wanted to change sectors, so I returned to school to become an architect's assistant. in the sector so back to the root I am head of the catering service (you have to eat well). As for my registration on this site, quite simply because I am an admirer of the USA I had the chance to go there several times where I saw NY 3 times then San Francisco, Washington, Los Angeles and each city suits us however we really enjoyed Redondo beach where we had a great vacation and I would like to find a job there initially for my partner and me and subsequently, after having learned English well, open my own restaurant. So here I am on this site to discuss with those who have expat experience in the USA. Voilaaa!!!!!

In a relationship for 9 years without children, We are all southerners I am from La GARDE in the Var 3 minutes from the sea and My partner from La FARLEDE in the Var 5 minutes from the sea, we invested in a small apartment of 70m2 T3 in the capital of the Var center, Brignoles small medieval Proven莽al village 25 minutes from the sea, where we currently live. my partner is an architect for a large agency in the region and I am responsible for catering in a luxury residential complex for the elderly and I am also a business manager in engineering and technical building studies during my days off. We lead a quiet life, no worries, we earn a good living, we have 7 years of credit left to really be owners. We love good restaurants, well I love Asian restaurants. We are about to get married next August for our 10th anniversary together and we therefore wish to continue our merry way towards the USA. Originally, I am a big fan of the USA after several trips and after the most recent 1 month in California. I think we have found the dream place for both of us "Redondo beach" even if we love lots of other cities like Washington for the monuments, etc. as well as New York for everything, San Francisco as well. In fact we could settle down anywhere near my redondo beach, I think we flashed maybe because it also reminds us of home, the beaches etc.. in short for the moment these are the places our head tells us to go.
As I said, I am the chef responsible for the catering center in a residential complex for the elderly, and I am also a business manager in engineering and technical building studies. My partner is an Architect, a graduate of the MARSEILLE Higher School of Architecture. She is also a graduate of the habilitation for mastery of work in her own name.
