I am French and live in the town of Bourges, in central France. My husband and I would like to go and experience new adventures in the United States, why not in San Diego, my husband having already been there several times and having gotten along well with this city. Our project is brand new and I am already starting to find out about the administrative obligations. Our dream would be to open a restaurant-caterer serving French and Italian, or even European, specialties. I feel that the road is long but the desire is strong!
