About

From Sales to Medicine to becoming an Author: My Life Journey Raised and educated in Denmark, and then I embarked on my career in the corporate world. Eventually, my passion for sales and marketing led me to venture into this field, where I thrived for many years. After over two decades of marriage, I am fortunate to be a proud parent of four grown children who are now living their own lives back in Denmark. Throughout my life, I have been blessed with the opportunity to travel and explore different cultures. However, it was not until later in life that I discovered my true calling in the medical field. In particular, I became deeply fascinated by Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy (ESWT). This led me to establish my own successful business where I have helped numerous clients using this innovative method. Within this specialized niche, I feel the greatest sense of fulfillment as I am driven by my innate passion for both humans and animals. My mantra of perfection guides me in providing exceptional treatment and service to my patients - a trait that comes naturally from being raised in the land of Nordic Vikings known for their strength and resilience. My unwavering determination to provide hope and healing for those who have faced previous failures in their medical treatments has led me to constantly seek knowledge and clinical experience through educational seminars with therapists and doctors from various countries. This has enabled me to help others achieve lasting results. Alongside another esteemed colleague, I have had the privilege to work in countries such as Thailand, Indonesia, and Azerbaijan before establishing my own clinic in Montenegro and Serbia. It is my goal to go above and beyond in helping each individual on their journey towards better health. And as if being a therapist wasn't enough, I also became an accomplished author, with 2 published books under my belt. My journey has been one of growth and discovery, both personally and professionally, and I am grateful for every step along the way.

Exstracorporeal shockwaves..... what are they..... and what effects do they have? A shockwave is an acoustical wave that is defined by its speed and pressure. The speed is at a minimum of 1500m/sec. = faster than the speed of sound. When high velocity and pressure shockwaves hit the target cells, a phenomenon called "Cavitation" takes place. This cause the targeted cells and structures to respond by increasing the cellular activities (increased cell membrane permeability). Stimulating cellular division, inducing neovascularization which facilitates tissue regeneration and repair, pain reduction etc. Its proven very effective in the treatment of cartilage damage and inflammation without surgery and also scientifically proven that ESW increase blood circulation in the treated area and new blood vessels are formed (Neovascularization).

I'm a Danish national, who throughout my career and in the companionship with Dr. Pedersen successfully has established and operated several clinics in Asia, Thailand, Macau, Indonesia and Azerbaijan I have always been fascinated by helping people and animals, and I come from the country of the Nordic Vikings who were rugged and strong people, able to endure hardship and still survive against all odds. I wanted to bring this spirit of survival against all odds into a Center in Montenegro as my clients guests often have severe uphill battle in front of them due to earlier failures in their medical treatments, and I have been sharing my knowledge and clinical experience with Therapists and doctors from many countries through educational seminars. I am respected for my unique approach to health and being able to produce repeated results due to my ability to treat many cases that were given up by conventional medical treatments. Client guests comes from around the World through word of mouth to be treated, seeking new options for their previously failed health treatments. In 2010 I became interested in Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy (ESWT) and have treated many of my clients successfully using this application. NHC is committed to live by Elisabeth%u2019s requirement of perfection in all treatments and services. "Patient guests must have the best experience from they arrive till they leave, and we must do more than our best to help everyone who has been admitted for treatment", in her mantra.
