I am Belgian. I have lived in Vietnam since December 2002. I work in community catering as a manager. I married a lady Vn in July 2008. I like it because I can still find work in my sector, whereas Belgium would refuse to employ a retiree.... Recently I became a teacher to give courses in the management of large kitchens according to French gastronomy.
