French living in the Landes, I have been seeing my Belarusian friend for 1 year. We are now considering marriage.
Currently in Minsk until mid-January 2014, I would be happy to be able to meet a correspondent who can help us with this procedure, and document our friend, because we have not yet made the choice of the wedding location - France or Minsk.
