I live in France in Normandy, I am a receptionist in a 4-star hotel and I want to settle in Quebec with my 2 children! I was born in Paris, I have a BTS in tourism and I speak English.
I would like to know expatriates who can help me take the plunge by April 2014, in order to find work and accommodation and bring my children in August 2014.
