Good day I have extensive knowledge of Fine Dining, A La Carte and Function Catering. I am 27 Young, energetic and have a taste for following new trends. I am currently practicing molecular gastromy on my own and hope to further my knowledge for the future. My current position is as Executive Chef in a hotel based in Jhb. I do believe I have more to give and feel my skills are used to the fullest capabilities. My family all live in Cape Town and I hope to reside in the same place.
