I am French, I live in France, I know the Ivory Coast and would like to leave again to settle there. As part of developing activities (NGO, SME) I am looking for a partnership, or associate of good will in business and wishing to invest in Ivory Coast, non-serious people refrain. Once on Ivorian territory, I will appreciate having expatriate friends.
