I am a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher registered with the Yoga Alliance. I have been practicing yoga for five years and teaching for a year and a half. I have a large studio in a beautiful garden behind my home and an open air patio where we also practice. I am trained by an Iyengar based program which is Hatha yoga but have interests in Anasura, and Viniyoga and I have practiced Ashtanga and Kundalini yoga styles. My medical background brings a lot of anatomy, physiology and biomechanical influence in my teachings. Our classes are open to ALL levels. My favorite thing to say is "if you have a body, you can do yoga". I provide a gentle introduction to beginners while keeping intermediate students advancing in their practices.
Interests: photography, yoga, music, , travel, vegetarian cooking, scuba diving, environment, organic gardening
