I am Guinean, resident in Conakry. civil servant in my state, I am Assistant Advisor in the Office of the Minister of Economy and Finance and member of the Technical Unit for Program Monitoring with technical and financial Partners (IMF, WB, EU, ADB and other institutions). therefore the six months of English training is an imperative necessity for me. the reason is that I served in three English-speaking countries (Sierra Leone; Nigeria and the USA) where English is required.
