My expat journey

Papeete, 脦les du Vent, French Polynesia

Since Sept 2015

Papeete, 脦les du Vent, French Polynesia

we left Mayotte to live here, it's a bit the opposite, it's less roots, more serene, more VIP... It took me 3 years to plan to live here, Mayotte was too present in me, now I have a little one who was born here (but conceived in Mayotte) and I admit that being raised here is a real joy... As with Mayotte, the people are super nice, always ready to help you, and always smiling which makes you feel good straight out of the airport.
I was also a driving school instructor but then I resumed my studies.
security, the Polynesian smile, kindness and of course the place, the landscape
the slightly bourgeois side

Mamoudzou, Mamoudzou, Mayotte

Mamoudzou, Mamoudzou, Mayotte

Despite the phenomenon of insecurity I do not deny it, I loved the Mahorais their kindness, the culture, their welcome. we spent 2 stays there cut off from a 1-year personal trip to South East Asia and we missed this island of our hearts so much that we returned there
I was a driving school instructor
the Mahorais, diving, life there... I still miss this island...
the biggest drawback is unfortunately the phenomenon of insecurity
