I'm an English Au Pair, living in Vence. My French is progressing but still very poor, I can understand more than I can speak. I am from the North-East of England, for the last 4 years I worked as a Health Care Assistant, I began in a Nursing and Residential home with an EMI unit then moved on to Community care. Wich involved Caring for Vulnerable adults within their home. I absolutly adored my clients, it gave me some comfort and happiness to know, I with assistance of other HCA's. Were enabling them, to continue living as independently as possible. My other passion is traveling, I have always wanted to live and work abroad. My friend who is an au pair, suggested I try this job. So here I am! I have already met some loevly people and seen some beautiful parts of this region. I love been outdoors, unless I'm working or catching up on emails or my blog, I find been inside all day, is a day wasted. I love Art, Architecture, History and Hiking. If an opertunity comes my way, I take it. Wether it be a new experience or challenge or new friend to make.
