About

I am a Franco-Danish, I lived in France until I was 15, I had my “brevet blanc”. I then left for Colombia, I did various odd jobs, the last of which was that of the bakery. I made and sold bread in a small village of Cafeller in the Colombian Sierra Nevada. Visa problem, expatriate to France in tap dancing, I went to bakery school and left for Costa Rica where I made and sold bread in the street, that's where I met my Japanese wife while selling her a croissant. We then left together for England where I worked in London as a baker. Back in Paris, our first child was born and we then left for Japan, in my wife's small native village. I opened a bakery which is doing well, I now have 2 bakers. The family has also grown with 2 other births in Japan. We would like to know Canada and perhaps one day live there?
