the landscapes, their attachment to traditions: ceilidhs, highland games, Robert Burns (Auld Lang Syne) poet dear to their hearts, just like the haggis that they celebrate every year. Music groups, the capital: Edinburgh, a city that must be pronounced in the Scottish way, castles and more...
The food...simply (if we can call it that) english...But where is the taste!
