- Investment advice in Mexico - Puerto Vallarta is a large seaside resort with a tropical climate where life for expatriates is serene and tranquil. Bill Gates recently invested in real estate here. He has just purchased the prestigious Four Seasons Resort hotel in Punta Mita. Isn't this a very promising indicator for the future of the Puerto Vallarta region and the Riviera Nayarit, already well known for its tourism?
