Hello, My partner is going to Quito for 6 months in March, to do an internship. We want to do this travel project as a couple, but we are not sure what visa I will need to be able to work there. I am an osteopath, specialized in babies and pregnant women, as well as autistic children, but I treat all types of people! I would really like to find an opportunity to volunteer in Quito during these 6 months, even if it means staying longer if things go well there. Do you know people who might be interested in my work as an osteopath in Quito and with whom I could volunteer? As I am going to leave my job in France, I will need a source of income, even modest, on site, or at least to be fed/housed, and am therefore trying to find out if I will be able to work as a freelance osteopath in Quito. Do you know what visa I would need to be able to practice my profession, either within an association or in a private practice on site? Do you know if osteopathy is something that could work in Ecuador, and if I could live on it for six months? Thank you for your answers, I hope to discover this tempting country soon!!!!
