After leaving Tahiti in 1974, I traveled around the world all my life, from North to South and from East to West. Professional expatriations (oil industry): Aberdeen, Stavenger, Singapore, Congo (Pointe Noire), UAE (Abu Dhabi), Mexico (Mexico City), Thailand (Songlha and Bangkok), New Zealand (Auckland), Pakistan (Islamabad), Yemen (Sanaa & Balhaf), Russia (Yusno-Sakhalin) In 2002 we anchored on the rock and thought it was good news! We were wrong!
