My name is Millie, I am 31 years old, I am the mother of an 8 year old little girl. I have been a sommelier for 10 years. Daughter of a restaurateur, I came back to work with my parents 8 years ago. I took over the cellar and we obtained a cluster in the Michelin guide, in fact the restaurant is a gourmet one where everything is homemade from bread to ice cream... I fell in love with the Canary Islands and more particularly Lanzarote, I have been going there for several years.
