About

After many years of supporting companies to grow in an international setting related to Japan, I have completely shifted my focus to my true passion: Japanese food resp. Udon. Having moved again and establishing a new life in South America - Montevideo, Uruguay we have set up a healthy, authentic Japanese catering called peque帽ITO (http://pequenitouruguay.com/,) including as well basic training on hand made Udon. I have about 20 years of professional experience in life science and business development (sales/marketing/research), in addition respected leadership skills with know-how in management, training and motivating sales force in Asia, plus multilingual fluency (German, English, Japanese, French, intermediate Spanish).
Interests: business/management, leadership study, Japanese history (Nara period)

Occupation
