Shakespeare certainly knew his stuff....life is certainly "a stage."聽 At the moment I'm in Act II, Scene 1 of my expat life here in Germany.
Act I was all about my arrival and experiences of residency, work permits and starting a new job.聽 So far I've survived with only a few bouts of depression and regrets.

So now Act II begins:聽 I have another year on my contract, which will end June 2010.聽 I decided to join 天美麻豆 because it seems a great place to write what about your experiences.聽

At the moment I am taking the role of observer.聽 In the first Act I played multiple roles of sheep, explorer, and alice through the looking glass....no logic that I could identify with.聽 Needless to say what I knew before I came here just didn't cross over too well.聽 I thought that having lived here as a high school student and previously 8 years ago for six months would prepare me for this adventure.聽 Nope.

So now, I'm observing and contemplating.聽 I especially want to explore more travel experiences.
