Dear all ,I am new to this Forum , Anyone can advice Me ?

I am SENGUTTUVAN VEERASAMI SRINIVASAN from India .

( Bakery & Confectionery Technologist )

With over 25 years in the bakery & Confectionery industry , I have gained
practical 聳 bakery and confectionery food development , production,
packaging , sales and marketing experience .

I have held executive management and operations positions in the
Bakery and Confectionery food manufacturing and distribution companies,
In India Britannia Industries 聳 Global FMCG company and have
overseas experience in the countries like Zambia , Kenya and Ethiopia .

I have created and re-engineered many products of Bakery & confectionery
Foods including several nationally sold tasty, healthy and cost effective
biscuits,Bread,Cakes and Candy.

My unique breadth of experience makes me expertise to find solutions
where others find as problems . I have unique experience in Recipe balancing ,
to make products cheap and Taste to lower cost of production AND to enhance
profit .

I am confident that I can enhance volume of production multifold and increase
Production & Productivity to the highest level by adopting GMP and GHP
which is on par with HACCP
