Normally the price is calculated per m2, with 3 different of standards.. Basic, Normal or Luxury .. so more information is needed for calculation .. ;-)

hallo BengtAKarlson of course you are right. well the needed standard would be basic for european measures but normal to good standard for cv. By the way the house i would like to build not to buy so the price should include the real estate.

The cost of construction per m2 of a house or apartment anywhere on the island of Santiago (that is easily accessible) is around 50.000 escudos for medium quality, and 75.000 escudos for high quality. A luxury build would run around 100.000 escudos per m2.

The land does not come included in construction prices! You have to purchase the land separately. The cost of the land will depend on where the land is located in Tarrafal and who you are buying the land from (private individual or the municipality).

I would suggest you contact a good real estate agent or construction company.
