Electra utility bills

I have recently completed the purchase of a property in Sal and spent a nice 2 weeks out their, I have just received the bill from Electra for the water & electricity consumption , however no bank details on the invoice to pay, their is a QR Code but this does not work ,any assistance, most appreciated if any body has the bank details or payment methods
