Good day, I am looking for some recommendations for internet banking in Ethiopia. I have managed to open an account with Commercial Bank of Ethiopia and have tried to get online banking to work. To get internet banking, I need a 'soft token' given by an app that only works on iOS 10 or below (can't download it from the App store, will not work with iOS 11 - shakes fist at Apple).

I have managed to get the CBE mobile banking app to download and install, but despite spending most of my Saturday in branch, they are unable to help and are flummoxed by it. I have the activation code (several times of deleting and reinstalling app for each activation code) yet keep getting error messages.

Does anyone have a reliable and trustworthy alternative to suggest? Something that works with Apple?
