Looking for a Room - July --> December

Hello future friends!

I will be moving to Addis from Germany (though I'm Irish/French). I'm looking for a room with convenient access to the AU/UN. Price wise I'm flexible, ideally <$350. Roomates would be great, I'm happy to pair up if you're also on the lookout for accomodation.

Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreaciated,
