Can anyone please advise me whether Mefloquine (Lariam) is available over the counter in Gambian pharmacies? If so, how does the cost compare to Europe?

Hi this is a very late reply,we have always taken Larium as it was the one that was prescribed by our GP many years ago.We have had difficulty getting it in the UK and have tried several pharmacies in The Gambia but were unable to get it so have had to change to Malarone/Maloff.We even tried again to get them this week from Travelpharm online but were unsuccessful.
