Good evening?

My name is Dr.Diana from Nairobi,Kenya.I am in the process of making a decision on whether to take up a 1 year contract in Blantyre,Malawi.I have a 1 year old and I realise it might be difficult to travel with my current nanny.I am thinking of getting a nanny/baby sitter there.Where can I get one and how much will it cost? Thanks.
