i'm french been living in the united states, I would like to know the quality of life and the cost of living at La R茅union. I love the outdoor activities, and would like to bring my small business of CBD/Hemp farming as well. would like to know the legal side of the THC %, and what are the regulations about it? I understand france legal THC % is below 0.1% hemp plant and what do i have to do to start the process of Hemp farming at La R茅union? please any information would be nice.
