Hi, has anyone entered Rwanda via online visa application? If yes, on entry whether at airport or border, were you issued with "both Visa and Visit Pass" or "only Visit Pass"?

I would like to have the Visa in my passport and if online means not having it, I will have to look into other options. There is no Rwanda Embassy in Malaysia.

My wife is Liberian and I am Finnish, we have plans to move there.

Hi,聽 are you sure ?聽 What is the issue ?? Normally Rwanda welcomes all the foreigners and it is too easy to get the visa.聽 Have you tried the touristic visa ? It is the easiest

Thank you. I take tourist visa when come there in December, but I am interested to get residence permit later, because I want to move to Kigali and rent a house and later start business. I have plans to move there permanently.
I don't know what I need to get residence visa.
I sent questions on sites, but didn't get answer yet.
