I have been living in Port Elizabeth for over a year and am interested to see if there are any suggestions for an international bank that I can use to send & receive money between the USA & here easily & without exorbitant fees.
I know that Citibank & HSBC have offices here but only for corporate clients.聽

Have you tried using money gram?
Alternatively you can do a transfer straight from your south african bank account into the Usa account
Unfortunately you will be charged irrespective of which method you use.
