Is Table view a good area to live?

We are going to relocate to Cape Town in a couple months. Perhaps someone could give me some suggestions? We thought about Blauwberg, basically somewhere near the beach in a safe area and not too far from the city.

The West Coast (includes Blouberg, Tableview, Milnerton, Melkbosstrand, etc) is a wonderful area with no negatives except the wind (it's close to the sea, of course).

There are some parts of Tableview that are better than others.

Blouberstrand
Sunningdale
Big Bay
Atlantic Beach
Sunset Beach


Property nearer the beach is better.聽 I live in Milnerton (closer to town) and it is great.

Blouberg is nice place if you wanna enjoy the beach

Table view is nice. But I would vote for blaauwberg over table view. my personal opinion. I like in Parklands, which is adjacent to Tableview. do feel to holla at me if you do indeed move here and want to meet someone new.
